Decreased Stats/pking

ok first i am going to talk about the item decrease
1. they were decreased because of to high stats and people were getting mad at pk
2. i am going to leave the stats how they are for now to see how it goes
3. they were decreased because of friggen fast training.
4. I want the server to be some what of a challange... not to hard but not to easy
Now for pking
1. the item stats should not matter for pking if you are a good pker
2. I NEVER Said that you cannot use slayer sword for pking it is just a rumor
3. You are allowed to pj no rules against it
4. if it is a GIVES BACK match GIVE THE SHIT BACK!

I am going to make some more updates today and tomorrow so there will be some dissconnecting
